Description Of Work: ACJ replaced entire roof with 50 year transferable warranty.

My new roof is beautiful. Joe and his crew are not only courteous and professional but highly skilled craftsmen. The roof shingles line up perfectly. He met us with his license/ photo card in his hand. He explained everything well including my serious concerns about insurance/licensing. The crew arrived early, worked continuously and cleaned up meticulously. Joe takes great pride in this business he built. His price was perfectly fair. I am so glad I hired him. I have the best looking roof on Ocean Terrace. It’s not a million dollar home but it looks like one now! Thanks Joe, Sincerely, Jeanie and Bob

Description Of Work: Install new siding, replace flooring on the terrace and support column and install all new wood. Install stone on the ground floor.

I recently had work done to the front of our house.The remodeling consists of new siding and installing new stone on the lower level. The work was completed in little over a week. Mr. Joseph Santillo was a great find, he’s a professional in every way possible. His crew arrived on time every day and did excellent work from start to finish. Find a contractor if difficult at best. Joe, made the process easy. When the job was completed it was exactly as I hoped for. Thank you Joe for a job well done. Hope to see you in the future on my next project. In closing I, would like to say I, would absolutlely recommend Joseph Ashely to any one.

Description Of Work: Install new siding and stone to the front of my home.Replace all rotted wood from terrace and reinstall with new, water proof the floor and install new columns.

The whole process went as planned, other than weather delays the job was completed in a few days. I highly recommend Joseph Ashley to everyone who are about to choose a contractor. Joseph is a true professional and a knowledgeable as they come. Before choosing a contractor you must give Joseph Ashely a call. I would definitely trust him again on my next project. I recently had work done by ACJ Remodling -Joseph Ashley (siding, stucco, windows, entry doors, storm doors and a portico installed). This was a big job and something I waited a long time to do. Needless to say, I wanted to find the right contractor: someone who knew what he was doing and who would listen to my ideas. From the moment I met with Joe, his professionalism, his knowledge and love for his profession was evident. His main goal was to do a great job and make me happy as well. Which he did—I am EXTREMELY happy with his work! I just love my doll house; as my husband has named our homeDebbie’s little doll house. From day one; until the job was completed, Joe was there every morning and again late afternoon, making sure everything was done correctly and going as planned. Always making sure I was happy with everything. His crew were extremely professional, courteous, and always on time. When the job was completed, it was exactly how I envisioned my home to look! Would I use Joe Ashley again or recommend him to family and friends? ABSOLUTELY!!!!!!

He is a fantastic gentleman. I am probably going to proceed with my work with this gentleman, I am waiting for a refinancing. The price he gave me was very fair. His gentleman were prompt, they called me when they were stuck in traffic and would be late. They were very professional, they went over everything in detail, they were accountable, and they also referred to Angie’s List. It was a good experience, because I have been in construction for a long time, and I trusted them. I had some others also show up, but I would not go with them.
